Eligibility You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, your item must meet one of the following:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is different from what was ordered
- Item did not meet your expectations
How to Request a Refund Simply email us at abduf2p@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
No Return Needed We do not require you to ship the item back. Once your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement — your choice.
Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
